At The Business Guru we understand just how important our work together is for you and your business so we want you to feel 100% confident at all times. To achieve this we're happy to offer you a guarantee you won't find at most practices.

That is, if you're not 100% delighted with anything we do for you, or there's something we've not done, simply let us know and we will take action immediately to address your needs or we'll give you a full refund on that particular service.

Guaranteed accounts turnaround

We will agree to a guaranteed turnaround for your accounts work. The timeframe for this turnaround will be discussed in our initial meeting but in essence works aloung the line that if we fail to complete your accounts within a specified time we will do the work for FREE, yes, for FREE. This does depend upon you fulfilling your commitments as specified here

Guaranteed fee

Most accountants say your fee depends upon how long it takes for us to do it, so in essence if they take longer the fee goes up, so are you paying for working on a go slow?

We are different. We will agree up front with you what our fees will be, guaranteed. This agreed fee will be specified in our contract with you and will cover certain specified work. any new work that we do will come with a new agreed fee in advance. The only thing that we state is that unless otherwise agreed we can increase the fee per year up by 10% without agreeing in writing in advance.
