The preparation of financial statements is the responsibility of the directors of a company or the members of a close corporation.

We do however understand that it is difficult for most business owners to stay on top of the continuously changing statements that form part of Generally Accepted Accounting Practise (GAAP).

For this reason we offer our services to prepare or assist in the preparation of Annual Financial statements in order to comply with legislative requirements.

The correct preparation of these financial statements are also critical as they are scrutinised by banks when applying for finance or when facilities are up for review.
